Founded by Jeff Dawkins, our chief Webmaster. He is a certified Internet Webmaster, as well as an award winning artist and musician. He brings decades of creative expertise and project management to bear in every site Tiger Strikes develops. Besides leading the TSM design team, Jeff teaches at Portland Community College. He trains budding web designers. He currently teaches HTML, Macromedia Flash, Macromedia Dreamweaver and Graphic Design for the Web.
